How this list was made. We rank by what an organiser actually needs: a record of holding real rooms, the size of the audience the name pulls, the language the speaker is strongest in, and how many event types the speaker works for. Follower counts alone did not get anyone on the list. Fee bands are indicative and exclude travel, stay and GST; the exact fee is confirmed for your date.

How to choose between them
Match the story to the room. Sales teams respond to athletes and Hindi trainers who talk about targets and rejection. Leadership groups want founders, officers and coaches who talk about decisions. Student halls want the names students already follow. Public events want a poet or a monk who can hold thousands.
Decide the language first. Outside metro head offices, a Hindi session almost always lands better. Most names above are bilingual; the profile shows the languages.
Budget for the total, not the fee. Add travel, stay, GST and, for celebrities, security and rider costs. A speaker based in your city is often the better deal even at a slightly higher fee.
Book early. December annual-day season, Independence Day and Republic Day weeks go first. Six to eight weeks ahead is safe for most names on this list.
