About Major D.P. Singh
Major D.P. Singh served in the Indian Army and was severely wounded in the Kargil War in 1999. His injuries led to the amputation of his right leg. After a long rehabilitation he took up long-distance running and became known as India's first blade runner, completing multiple marathons on a running blade.
