About Khan Sir
Khan Sir runs the Khan GS Research Centre in Patna and is one of the most watched Hindi-language educators on YouTube, with channels that together reach an audience in the tens of millions. His classroom videos cover geography, history, civics and general studies for candidates preparing for UPSC, SSC, Railways and other government exams.
What sets him apart is the register: an easy, Bhojpuri-flavoured Hindi, analogies from ordinary Indian life and a habit of explaining current affairs the way a neighbour would. That approach has made him a recurring figure in North Indian student culture and a regular interview subject in Hindi media.
He is at his best in front of a large, young, Hindi-speaking crowd. He speaks on learning in the mother tongue, competitive exam preparation, and staying motivated through long years of study. Organisers of student festivals, campus events and Hindi ed-tech programmes book him for the crowd he can pull and the way he holds it. He is less suited to formal English corporate keynotes, and he speaks in Hindi.
